How do I install the hotfix 1.21 patch for Crysis?

I have downloaded the 1.1, 1.2, and hotfix (1.21) patch. if i install 1.2 and then try to run crysis it will not work and says there is an emulator error. the same thing happens if i install all three patches.. should i try to install 1.2 and 1.21 only?

Here is the issue. Many places that had those patches up for down load had a corrupted version.



DO NOT down load the other patches.



You should go in and remove and reinstall the game. Next go to File Planet and open a free account and down load patch 1.21 ONLY.



Load that patch and your ready to go.



I had the same issue as you and I had to do a lot of research before I got the right answer and the issue resolved.



As an added note, unless you are running very high end equipment, go into the system settings and hit the button to let the game configure the settings. If you start trying to monkey around with screen resolutions and such, your game will get buggy as its real demanding.



One last thing. In system settings, be sure to click the full screen box. It will try to run smaller if you don't.
