Crysis warhead is shuddering, any quick fixes?

I'm downloading the Crysis warhead official patch will that help? It should run just fine with my specs.

Computer specs:

Processor: Intel pentium Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 Ghz 2.00 Ghz

Vid card: PNY Nvidia 8600 GT 256 mb (Nvidia site says I have latest driver)

Ram 2 GB

Memory: 360 GB

OS: Vista home 32 bit

I think your CPU is underspec and you need more RAM if this is Vista.
